Hi i bought this product from little birds

Im having an issue with the installation. I wired everything with regards onto my raspberry pi through the GPIO pins as shown in the diagrams.

When i booted my retro pie setup it doesn’t recognize the buttons or the stick

i noticed other brands like sunfounder etc have a driver package ,Im trying to find the driver package for this unit i have been quite unsuccessful.

Can you please link it to me so i can put it on my command prompt and get it working ?

What specifically do you mean when you say it doesn’t recognise the buttons or the stick?

The instructions have a section on what to do if it doesn’t work. They mention being exact about the version of software you are using, and they have a retrogame utility which links the GPIO inputs as if they are keyboard input. That’s effectively the driver package you are looking for.
