Can anyone help me with the setup of this module? I have purchased a ready-to-go SD card from you guys - not sure whether I need to add any other materials, how to do this etc. The images I have found with the drivers appear to be 2014… is this a problem. I am a rank beginner so need step-by-step instructions…

The 2.8" USB TFT display module you refer to looks to be a fairly well documented one, but probably better for experts unless you’re a beginner willing to experiment and write your own step-by-step instructions.
http://littlebirdelectronics.com.au/products/2-8-usb-tft-touch-display-screen-for-raspberry-pi has the links to the documentation. There’s manuals and a getting started guide. Read everything and make notes as you go. Give yourself a few weeks of spare evenings.
The date of 2014 sounds normal. It is a product designed in 2013.
